Anne Curtis leave noontime
program “It’s Showtime” to pursue her Hollywood dream?
The answer is yes, at least
according to actor and entertainment columnist Ogie Diaz.
Citing a source, Diaz said
Curtis was chosen to do a “full-length” role after being chosen by a Hollywood
casting director.
“Truth: 1 month mawawala sa
bansa si Anne Curtis dahil naka-cast siya sa isang Hollywood film. Full length
ang role,” he said on Twitter.
“Truth: naghahanap ng isang
Pinay ang isang sikat na Hollywood casting director at si Anne Curtis ang
napili. Excited si Anne.
“Pag ininenay yan ni Anne
Curtis eh sinungaling ang source namin. Ayaw pa raw kcng (sic) ipasabi,” he
added.
Curtis, who is also an active
Twitter user, denied Diaz’ statements.
“Mali po kayo,” the actress
told Diaz.
But Diaz was not convinced.
“Ok. Let’s just wait and see. Pag mali source ko, magsosori ako. Pano pag
tama?” he said.
Curtis
leaves ‘It’s Showtime’
The actress said she is leaving
the country to “pursue her dream.” She did not give further details.
“I was so emotional because I
made a special announcement that I will be leaving for a month. Kaya ako naiyak
kasi super effort sila, may pa-fiesta pa, send-off party, so nakakatuwa,”
Curtis said.
“It’s something to do with
pursuing my dream. It’s a new chapter in my life, something that’s challenging.
I just really, really want to do it,” she added.
Meanwhile, Curtis assured her
fans that she will come back soon.
“Babalik ako, may teleserye pa
akong tatapusin, may pelikula pa akong tatapusin. I really have to come back,
may contrata ako so kailangan kong bumalik,” she said.
